Putney School of Art & Design in Oxford Road Putney between 10am and 5pm on 2 December.

I am not a student at the school or anything, but last evening attended a public lecture (entitled "Great Tarts in Art" - and no, it was not about cooking!!).  On display were some of the things made by students.  I was amazed by the local talent, especially of the potters, and saw some things that would make lovely presents.

There is mulled wine and mince pies, craft sessions for children, pottery throwing demos, raffles etc.

Hope that helps.

There is the Northcote Road Xmas shopping day at the end of Nov - that's always gorgeous and really Xmassy!

Most of the schools have one but I'm not sure of the dates.

There USED to be one in the BAC but not sure if that's still going...
