I am recruiting for a global insurance company based in the City looking for a lawyer to advise its business in London. Although you would be part of a global team of 6 lawyers, you would be the only lawyer based in London. You would report to the General Counsel based in the US.
This role is 3 days/week.
Your responsibilities would include drafting a range of commercial and insurance related legal agreements, deal with corporate restructures, competition, trade sanctions, data protection, IP and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate will have worked at an insurance company previously, have at least 3 years legal post qualification experience and be used to working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
