Open Air Fit's NEW 30 Minute Quick FIT sessions with Mel start on Monday 13th May at 0830
These sessions introduce you to a Hi Intensity low complexity effective workout in just 30 minutes which are nonstop, fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple high load bodyweight and functional movements with progressive cardio for a high energy workout.
Two sessions a week - Monday and Wednesday's at 0830 on Wandsworth Common by the pull up bars on the corner of Dorlcote Road across from the Skylark Cafe.
Cost is £10 per session or buy a monthly pass for £45 (unless otherwise advertised)
For May the cost is discounted to £30
