My husband and I are renovating our house near Tooting Bec and need to move out for 4 months during the works - we are looking for a short-term let nearby so that we can monitor and mange the build ourselves. We'd be happy with anything, even a studio apartment. Ideally furnished so that we can leave most belongings in storage and just move clothes and essentials (however we own furniture if needed). We are both mid-thirties professionals working in central London - clean, tidy, non-smokers with no pets. We are hoping that maybe someone is going on a secondment for a few months and would like a house sitter maybe? We are happy to look after dogs / cats / pets :-) and pay rent :-)
