Thanks for your interest. At the camp we will be doing more physical challenges like climbing safely and monkey bars, balance and Co ordination exercises. This is followed by mostly stand up practical self defence. There is little or no danger of damaging ears. Some people do, but I myself have been training for 19 years and my ears are intact
