At Busylizzy you work out with your baby!!
How does it work??
.......We provide a play mat and a few toys in the middle of the room and you work out around the babies.
We are on hand to help out if the little ones need a cuddle so you can focus on the class.
It's very relaxed so you can stop to feed or change if you need to - anything goes.
You can take the class at your own pace and be guided by our expert post natal qualified instructors.
We'd love to see you at a free trial class.
