I agree, SDS just serviced my alarm today. The engineers are very happy to work around school drop offs etc, all the people there have worked for SDS for years so are really trustworthy. They don't try to upsell you products and are always happy to make any tweaks to the alarm that I request. I am sure I could save £10 by looking elsewhere, but to be able to deal with a really really good local firm is worth a huge amount of money to me!
