I am the founder of the Conscious Womb Birthing School. As well as teaching passionatley about conception, pregnancy and birth. I offer 1:1 sessions to expecting mothers and couples who wish to go deeper into birthing their babies without fear and using the body's own hormones and nervous system to create a spiritual bond with the soul of their baby/s. Birthing without fear, using myself to support you throughout mentally, emotionally and physically. These birth preparation sesssions include meditation, breathwork and mantra sound to prepare for birth.
