Re: Shared parenting & moving house

really not sure about the legalities of this but cannot see you moving to be a problem at all. My husband’s ex wife has moved 5 times in 3 different counties since they split 9 years ago (now in Wilts but she was in Yorkshirefor some time). My stepson changed schools 3 times before he was 7! The ex ...

Re: Shaftesbury Estate

It is a lovely place to live, I think the name Shaftesbury Estate conjures up images of high rises and crime but it is a peaceful little patch of Battersea. Good mix of original Londoners/Peabody residents and younger profs/families. Have lived here for 15 years and have barely ever had cause for co...

It sounds like you are very upset by this understandably so you do need to know one way or...

Re: how much does decorating one room cost!?

I have recently had the whole house decorated (2 beds 1 bath kitchen conservatory and sitting room) for £1300 plus the cost of the paint. Koko was amazing and did a great job, taking all the radiator and woodwork paint back to its base and filling cracks etc. The whole house took 12 days in total to...

Re: Decking costs and recommendation

Hi I had my entire garden done last year - 88 sq m and the total cost inc lighting and electrics as well as labour was £3000 ish (took about 10 days to do). I use a fabulous guy called Kevin who is a landscape gardener in the summer and an odd job man in the winter - he only charges £12.50 an hour. ...
