Re: Is it me?

Poor you - it sounds like you're having a tough time But I reckon there's no way they're deliberately leaving you out, otherwise they'd never mention the nights out in front of you and probably wouldn't bother with coffee either - so just elk them how you're feeling and that you'd love to come along...

Re: Wonderful morning nursery 12 - 30 months Little Learners

My little boy (21 months) has been at Little Learners since January and he loves it. As we turn onto the road, he starts laughing with delight, and when I collect him he is full of beans and really happy. Michelle and the team are fantastic, and each session is carefully planned so the children can ...

Re: Tenancy Deposit Scheme- Arbitration

We had to go to the TDS with a dispute over our deposit a few years ago They were brilliant - you can call them with any questions e.g. how much you should pay for your wall, and they're really helpful, and will give you honest answers I'm not sure how much you'd pay for the wall, but if it's the sa...

Re: VBAC-2, any thoughts?

Firstly, congratulations! I was in a similar position - 1st baby was an emergency c section and then I tried for VBAC with my 2nd but ended up with what they called a semi elective c section as they induced me, broke my waters but after 24 hours nothing was happening so they advised a c section Thir...

Re: PLEASE HELP: attacked by dogs on Wandsworth Common

Please don't tar all dog owners with the same brush. What happened to you (and others in this thread, especially incidents involving terrified children) was horrible and the dog owner(s) in these cases behaved badly - but if you think how many other (well behaved) dogs (and owners!) there are on the...

Best kite for a 6 year old

I want to buy my little boy a kite for Christmas but I've got no idea which is the best one
He has one of the little tiny ones that go into a bag, so I really want a "proper" kite - but one that a child can fly, so not too powerful
Has anyone got any recommendations?

Re: Recommendations for Balham Personal Trainer or Group Fit

Hi there
My au pair, Valentina, is looking for extra work as a personal trainer.
She only charges £20 an hour, or £30 an hour for two people, so I'd recommend giving her a go
Her number is 07935 741799

Re: Maternity nurse wanted from mid Dec for 8 weeks

Try calling Linda Bouldin. She's a really fantastic maternity nurse who helped me with my second and third when they were born. She's Welsh, easy going, a complete chatterbox (!) and cooks, and because she works independently of an agency, she's flexible with her dates so if your baby is early or la...
