Re: Family law- getting permission to go overseas

Hi, first let me say I'm sorry for your situation. It's a shame your child's father has decided to reduce child maintenance to statutory minimum. You asked about the legal process for moving a child abroad, I'll try to explain at high level. The court order is called Leave to Remove. The test for wh...

Re: Bocketts or Hobbledown

Really depends if you're looking for traditional farm experience or soft play. Bocketts has more animals while Hobbledown has the huge, warm playbarn. My daughter is 4 now and favours Bocketts but preferred Hobbledown when she was younger.

Hope this helps x

Re: Help - Advice about pre-school for 3 year old in SW18

You are correct that your daughter would begin at a state nursery in Sept 2016. All state nurseries are free but the hours are not as long as a private daycare nursery. Allfarthing for example is: Morning session 9:00am – 12:00pm Afternoon session 12:30pm – 3:30pm All day session 9:00am – 3:30pm Her...

Re: Farmers Market

My favourite farmer's market is on Saturdays at Wimbledon Park School. Free parking nearby and a playground for kids.

Re: ADVICE PLEASE - To move or not to move OUT

Agree with the previous poster. Do not move out. It may help to contact a local family law firm called Burgess Mee who have been mentioned before on this site. They're in Lavender Hill.

Good luck xx

Re: Husband wants to go on holiday on his own

I am inspired by the lovely comments in this thread. My husband was on gardening leave a while ago. I work as well so our child was in nursery. He didn't once take our daughter out of nursery to spend time with her despite being home every day for nearly five months. We're now sadly separated (for m...

BOB Revolution running buggy

I'm selling my BOB Revolution SE running buggy in black/orange colour because my 4 yo daughter has sadly grown too big for it. The BOB is considered the best running buggy out there. It's gently worn - was used a second buggy mainly for running only. Cost £405 new will take £100 or reasonable offers...
