Mr Resistor in Wandsworth will do a lighting plan for you at a charge but they are very helpful and knowledgable. You can also pick their brain for free. We had the same problem and overall I wanted him to have shoulder straps so used a small dog collar with a plastic release clip that you squeeze. My child couldn't undo it and it pulled the straps closer so he couldn't get his arms out… I am sure there are probably safer ways but it worked well enou...

If they care so much about the review it is slightly suprising it has taken them since 2012 to respond! If it is indeed them I am not sure what that says about their responsiveness….

The travelex one were doing 1.30 so the same as if you were exchanging cash with them so not a bad rate really and means its locked in at the current favourable rate … I am not an expert though and there may be better deals out there….
