Re: 4 yr old party suggestions?

If your daughter likes ballet and fairies I highly recommend a Bellarina birthday party. Miss. Jodie is an excellent party entertainer and very reasonable. She came to our house and we held most of the party in the garden. I will try to forward her details

St Mary's Montessori Tooting

I am going to have a look at St Mary's after half term for my two year old son, it's in a convenient location given my daughter will be at Smallwood in September but I don't know much about it or anyone who has sent their children there. Does anyone have any feedback?

Re: Help Save The Romany Scout Site..under threat from Devel

This is terrible news. Both my daughter, son, not to mention myself have benefited from attending Playhouse Playgroup. We didn't know anyone when we moved to Earlsfield a couple of years ago and our morning sessions have been a real saviour. We will be supporting the campaign fully!

Re: Calling Earlsfield frustrated parents...

Thank you Earlsfield Dad for all the information and sharing your experience. We are in a similar position. Although we live on Tranmere Rd and our daughter has attended Earlsfield nursery for the last year we have not been an offered a place. It is hugely disappointing. Apparently we are 382 metres...

Re: Smallwood school

I too have been offered a place at Smallwood. Although my daughter has attended Earlsfield nursery for a year, like many others we have not been offered a reception place. I haven't even been to see Smallwood yet but am delighted to hear these comments and would be very keen to arrange a get together.

Re: Peppa Pig World - anyone been?

Completely agree with all the comments. It's a lovely family day out. We went 2 years ago and my daughter talks about it all the time now. We also brought a picnic, there are lots of picnic tables and water fountains the children can run in if weather good so having costumes and towels is also handy...

Re: Night terrors?

We have recently been experiencing night terrors with our almost 2 year old. I had never heard of them and took him to the doctors as I was worried he was in pain. I was very concerned, particularly after he jumped out of his cot and appeared to be sleep walking. The doctor said he would make a refe...

My daughters fourth birthday is coming up, we are hosting at home and have booked an entertainer. Just wanted some tips on the following: No of children - what is reasonable?! I was thinking not more than 10. Birthday tea - what actually gets eaten? I don't want to send children home hungry but keen...

We are off on our first family holiday this weekend and desperate for tips, namely around packing at the moment. We have a four year old and a one year old.
