Re: Sorry to see that Couleur Cafe has closed

I loved the shop too especially the hot chocolates, I did find the service could be very slow though sometimes.

Didn't they close for the whole of August last year though out of choice?

Re: Artificial Lawns - Discuss...

I meant to say as well that the lawns made from recycling are not actually in production and haven't been perfected yet. So ultimately they are made from finite oil resources, not great! I think the environmental impact is not seen because people only think about their tiny garden and saying there i...

Re: Artificial Lawns - Discuss...

You don't need a petrol lawn mower to cut grass in the size of gardens around here. A push mower is more than sufficient.

Re: Artificial Lawns - Discuss...

I read that they are not environmentally unfriendly although I find that really hard to believe and wonder whether they take into account the disposal of a big lump of plastic once it's life has finished. I personally think they are absolutely awful. They look like fake grass, all of them, they get ...

Re: News - New School in Wandsworth has been approved

You say it's inclusive but half the places are not inclusive are they. Half the places are excluding anyone who is not Jewish. The other half will prioritise siblings (as per Wandsworth) which inevitably will mean that some will be taken by the siblings of the children that entered the school not on...

Re: Are rats a problem around Northcote road area?

Bonnijump

Re: do you pay your cleaner when youre away?

We always pay our cleaner when we're away.

If your cleaner comes every week at the same time then I think it would be wrong not to pay her because you are on holiday. I suspect if your work decided to close for a few weeks and just not pay you, you wouldn't be too happy.
