Hip specialist recommendation?

Grateful if anyone could recommend a hip specialist - have a hip impingement that is likely to require surgery and grateful if anyone has been down this route and could share some thoughts ?

Conservatory refit / revamp

Hello -
We need to re do our conservatory and suspect it needs a refit with some design advice . I am rather overwhelmed with where to start and very grateful for any recommendations. We have to work to a fairly conservative budget .
