We urgently need to get a mortgage deed witnessed by a local lawyer / solicitor so that we can exchange on a property! actuallyadad ... I think the main concern is losing a chunk of Wandsworth Common and the effect that years of construction and it's resulting heavy traffic will have on the surrounding area (including many schools). Definitely not just "a few people sitting in their £3m houses near Bolingbroke...
