Who else feels outraged about what councils have done to Wandsworth Bridge Rd and Streatham  High Rd

Wandsworth Bridge Rd.JPG Just that really.  Last Saturday I saw a headline re the once thriving Wandsworth Bridge Rd.  Those poor businesses!  It is shameful that they are totally unsupported and losing their livelihoods.  Over the years I’ve bought beds at Dreams, various pine pieces at the fab an...

Re: Villa company recpmmendation

We've used CV Villas quite a few times and been really happy.  Have also used Oliver's Travels a few times but won't be using them again after last Summer.  I have heard great things about Simpsons Travel with loads of friends recommending them so am looking at Simpson's for this Summer.

Is the Cinderella panto at Wimbledon Theatre worth going to? There’s still some availability and much more affordable pr...

Re: Any else having issues with Roundhouse kitchens?

Hmm – I love my painted wood kitchen which I’ve had for 14 plus years.  It’s bespoke but not by a brand.  It’s been hand painted 3 times in 14 years with various touch ups.  Love it as I do, the painted element is a total pain on the high traffic / high use areas such as the pan drawer, bin, dishwa...

Re: Knee consultant / surgeon

Two girlfriends have recently had kneed surgery at The Schoen Clinic in central London.  I think it's a specialist orthopaedic hospital.  Both had their knees 'done' by Sam Rajaratnam and both are really pleased.

Re: Picture and mirror hanging

Yes a big thumbs up from me too.  We had my daughters room decorated recently and he re hung all the pictures, and a mirror on tricky walls that were either so solid you couldn't tap a nail in or plaster & lathe crumble! We took the opportunity to swap around some pics too and hang others that h...

Re: Has Loungin on Battersea Rise closed?

On No!  I've had 3 fab sofas and some gorgeous cushions from them over the years.  Such a lovely business.  Very sad if they have gone :(
