Window Refurbishment

Does anyone know a good company / individual who can overhaul our wooden casement windows? We don't want to replace them, and I don't want someone who will do just draught exclusion. We need full overhaul and painting. Any ideas?

It sounds ok to me - I think he probably just ate less because of the colds.

But Dr Fish at the Portland or Markyewitz at the Cromwell are both good.
