Re: Live out nanny post today’s announcement

We've had guidance from our nanny agency that our live-out nanny won't be able to come to work with their interpretation of the current guidance. This is on the basis that she can't work from home or practice social distancing while at work. We will also be looking into taking the 80% support as a f...

General Election - what do we think for Battersea?

Given Labour only just snuck in in 2017 ousting the long standing conservatives? We're also a pretty staunchly remain constituency so could the lib dems get in? Or is a vote for the lib dems a wasted vote? What do we think would be worse, a Corbyn government or a potential no deal Brexit? I may just...

Re: Commute to the City - Clapham South or Junction??

I live smack bang in between the 2, 10 mins walk to each. I'd say it's easier getting on at Clappy South as it's just the one train, plug in and switch off. Sometimes you have to wait a few trains in the morning and every now and again it is such carnage that I've ended up in an uber. That said ther...

Re: PLEASE everyone, tweet your MP and ask for a meaningful vote.

I will be tweeting, e-mailing, writing etc. as I do not support Theresa May on this but I find it incredibly insensitive and hurtful to refer to her as 'childless' in this derogatory fashion. People are childless for all sorts of reasons, it doesn't automatically mean they don't want to protect the ...
