Roof problems

I had my roof completely replaced in 2014 and the job was supervised by an architect. Yesterday I discovered the roof is leaking badly.
Can anyone advise me whether my roof should still be under guarantee? I also need a good surveyor. Thank you

Restaurants

Can anyone recommend really good restaurants in SW11? We have been going to Numero UNO for some years but we need a change. Chez Bruce is great for a special occasion. But now we want to try to explore and have new experiences.

Garden

Does anyone know of a good firm of gardeners or a single reliable gardener? We live near Northcote Road, and we have quite a small garden but due to a back problem I can't do gardening and Mr JANDS has just come out of hospital this morning after an operation! Help please!

I hope the police will notify all those burgled if these arrests lead to convictions. The police officers who took forensic evidence and finger prints from our house after we were burgled through a sash window said we would be notified.
