Where can I get a new front door for less than 5k?!

Hi,

I'd like to replace my front door - but had no idea how expensive some of the options would be!

Can anyone recommend a good outfit for a front door at a reasonable price? Or perhaps I should be asking what is reasonable! :lol:

End of tenancy cleaning - recommendations?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a cleaner/cleaning company to do an end of tenancy cleaning? I'd also like to get the place I'm moving into cleaned as well.

Fixtures and fittings - seller wants to take it all! (even a tree!)

We are looking to buy a house, and just got the fixtures and fittings report. The seller wants to take everything with them - including all whiteware (washing machine, fridge, wine fridge), curtains, curtain rails - and even a tree! Should we attempt to negotiate any of this, or is this standard? Sh...

Has anyone tried Upad (or similar online companies) to rent their flat? It sounds like it could be a good alternative to using an estate agent - would love to hear from people who've used it.
