Where can I get a new front door for less than 5k?!

Hi,

I'd like to replace my front door - but had no idea how expensive some of the options would be!

Can anyone recommend a good outfit for a front door at a reasonable price? Or perhaps I should be asking what is reasonable!

Thank you!

End of tenancy cleaning - recommendations?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a cleaner/cleaning company to do an end of tenancy cleaning? I'd also like to get the place I'm moving into cleaned as well.

Thank you!

Fixtures and fittings - seller wants to take it all! (even a tree!)

We are looking to buy a house, and just got the fixtures and fittings report. The seller wants to take everything with them - including all whiteware (washing machine, fridge, wine fridge), curtains, curtain rails - and even a tree! Should we attempt to negotiate any of this, or is this standard? Sh...

Re: Urgent advice needed from an employment lawyer

Hi - I highly recommend Sophie White from Abbiss Cadres. She helped me tremendously with my claim (maternity discrimination/unfair dismissal). I was hesitant to go the legal route, but felt the law (and my rights) and been ignored. Sophie was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. She is a mum as ...

Have you used Upad?

Hello,

Has anyone tried Upad (or similar online companies) to rent their flat? It sounds like it could be a good alternative to using an estate agent - would love to hear from people who've used it.

Thanks!

Re: Quick poll on "From birth" Strollers

Great points above from Pie81! I bought the Uppababy Cruz and it's been great. I chose it over the Vista purely on size (as the price was similar once I bought the carry cot and car seat adaptors). I nearly bought a Bugaboo until I tried the Uppababy. The storage in the Cruz is ample and it's been g...
