Re: St. Thomas's

Hi, From my experience with Thomas's Clapham (no experience with Battersea), it is too late. If you had not registered right at birth, the chances to get on the main list for interviews are very small. They operate a waiting list, but as far as I know, not many children on that list get interviewed....

Re: Part-time live-out nanny needed from September onwards

We are still looking, but could offer a bit more flexibility. Around 20-25 hours per week, but could be about 10 hours on either Saturday or Sunday and 2-3 afternoons for 5 hours each; it would not matter which afternoons. Payment according to qualification. Message me if of interest.

As it is my first winter season with a Phil & Ted's Navigator, I was wondering, if any footmuff can be fitted to the lower seat given that it is so small? Many thanks.

Re: Parkgate vs. Newton Prep - how important is being local?

Hellokittyerw - my kids don't complain at all about the way to school, it mostly takes 30min door to door. Of course, I would prefer the school to be closer, but then again, we liked the school a lot. It also took us 15-20 min to Parkgate House, so I guess for the kids it is not such a big differenc...

Re: Parkgate vs. Newton Prep - how important is being local?

Hi, We had our children at Parkgate House for nursery and have them now at Newton Prep. We live on the other side of the park, so both schools are not really walking distance but Parkgate House was definitely closer. Parkgate House pupils live closer to school than Newton Prep pupils where the radiu...
