Re: Buying a property in sunny spain - tips?

I don't have a house in Spain, but I've been thinking about it. From my little knowledge, you need to be careful if you plan to AirBNB it out. Spain passed a rentals law to regulate short term holiday lets. This is either to protect housing for lower paid workers so the supply isn't taken up by holi...

Re: St Paul’s School

My son is at the junior school. But what I’ve observed is the 11+ boys start coming by themselves on the tube, so I imagine all the senior school boys will do it on their own.

Most places have a junior RFC. My 8 yo started playing this year with H&F https://www.fulhamrugby.co.uk

They have very young kids up to adults. We play sundays at Hurlingham Park. It’s basically volunteer so maybe cost £120 for the year.

Re: Australian labradoodle. On the common

Labradoodles originated in Australia, so I think there is something in that. Supposedly, they are trying to keep it/create it as a breed instead of a cross of just a poodle and a lab. To some degree, I think it's a bit of crock as well - except that I bought one this year and he has been the most lo...

There have been several FinTechs (GoHenry) comes to mind that have monthly fees but more control for parents to see what they are buying and an app etc. Or you could ...

Re: Glass Roof Suppliers - Recomendations

I would like to know as well. I have a single glazed roof lantern that I would like to upgrade to triple glazed. I asked P&P glass in Wimbledon to come and quote. They came, but haven't bothered to respond with a quote after 2+ weeks.
