Has anyone got good references for Mark Solan, a painter based in SW16

Cost of rebuild for buildings insurance

Hello, over 10 years ago my builder mentioned  that the approximate rebuild cost would be in the region of £500k for our 5-bed house in SW12...anyone agree or disagree with this figure?
