Cost of nanny share help

Hi, we are looking into a nanny share and just wondered about the splitting of salary. One family has 2 children (one at school) and the other only has 1. Would salary normally be split equally between the 2 families or would the family with 2 kids usually pay more. Thank you

Mark Warner v Neilson

Has anyone got any useful advice? We're looking at the following places and would have a 1 yr old and 4 yr old:

Neilson - Retreat, Vounaki, Phokaia
Mark Warner - Lemnos, Levante

Someone mentioned a NVN discount with Mark Warner, is that right?

I personally don't agree with baby showers full stop and for those times I have been invited I have always bought something for mummy and not the baby. I know of people who have sadly lost babies at the end of pregnancy or have been in hospital for a long time and I think giving gifts before can cau...

Nanny holiday days

Hi all, could someone advice me on how holiday days are decided with a nanny? Is it usually half the days decided by the family and half by the nanny or is it solely the nanny? Many thanks

Left ceiling height 190cm

Hello!
Has anyone done a loft conversion and ended up with a ceiling height in the loft of about 190cm?
We have been told this is what we could expect unless we lower the first floor ceilings and so thought I would ask some opinions.

Nanny share cost query

If you have 2 children and want to share with another family with one child, would you normally split the nanny cost 3 ways? What if one of your children is in school so only there part of the time? Would this make a difference? Any advice would be greatly received.
