Hi, I just wanted to double check the length as 31cm would be smaller than 1/16 size. Is that correct? What age of child do you think it is suitable for?

I am looking for a nanny to start end May working Mon-Thurs approx 7.30-6.30. I have two daughters aged 3.5 years and 8 months. Oldest will start school in September. I live in Balham.
