Re: Am I Right To Be Miffed About This Lack Of Consideration? Your Opinions Please!

She was well out of order, but don't worry, you will be well and deservedly rewarded in heaven.  People like you, willing to go the extra mile for others, make the world a better place, so thank you for what you did, even though I was not a beneficiary of your consideration.  And please don't let it...

Re: Looking for a good financial advisor

I've never used personally them, but Killiks has been at it for years - I doubt if they would have survived if they weren't OK.  And I've never heard the faintest whiff of scandal about them.  I guess it must be worth a chat with them.

Mellymell123 You may find the attached hard to accept if you are not familiar with the research, but it is, I assure you, true.  So the outcome may not in the end matter too much. https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/top-schools-add-nothing-to-grades-says-geneticist-bmz8vpn5x The scientist quoted (and...

Re: Friend wants to bring another family friend on our holiday

If the person from the USA really is an "an old family friend" visiting, then it may be completely unrealistic to expect your friend to just say to someone who has come across the Atlantic " see you in a week, hope you can take care of yourself ".  Would you do that to a friend of yours?  So the opt...

Boonkoh

Billy Kikidis on 07538 580397 for a job like that. Honest, will do an excellent job and reasonable cost (but won’t be the cheapest).

Re: Piano teacher

Try asking Northcote Music - they know all the local musicians.  And if you really want them to learn the piano be careful about pushing them into exams.
