Re: primary schools in tooting

Hello, my child started in reception at St Boniface last month. It was undersubscribed this year which means there are only 20-21 pupils in each class - essentially private school numbers in a state school. Also, it's an Outstanding Ofsted school and its KS1 and 2 results are the best I've seen in t...

Re: Catholic Secondary Schools

Thanks everyone. Yes, we are Catholic and while there is no certainty as such, we've moved to Tooting Bec (just within the parish boundary) and also practise in the church so we meet the faith criteria. It'd be a short enough bus journey. Secondary school is a long way off but (I'm told) it's here b...

Botox

Having seen some fantastic results on friends, I'm thinking of taking the plunge! :o
None of my friends live locally and I don't fancy travelling outside of London to have it done so I'm wondering if anyone has any local recommendations? Preferably near Balham?
Thank you!

I believe we will definitely meet the religious criteria however we live around 1.4km from the church and I notice that the last distance offered last year was 8...

Re: St Boniface

Yes, I believe we meet the criteria on mass attendance etc, not sure about distance though? We're possibly not in the catchment distance-wise but does that matter if you're involved in the parish? Cheers.

St Boniface

Hello, we're hoping to send our child to St Boniface school nursery and wondered if you found it helped at all with getting your child into St Boniface? I know they say it's completely separate but wondered if there was any bearing "unofficially"! I guess I'm worried about him getting sett...
