Re: Anybody?! consultant recommendations: Lansdell

I was on the private wing for post natal care (booked a room there) and it was really good. The midwife very quickly realised my son had an infection, and because the excellent NHS neonatal centre is next door, he was restored to health after a few days there. I would highly recommend it.

Broomwood Hall or Eaton House the Manor?

Dear all, I would love some thoughts on the relative advantages of the two (I have a little boy), focusing on the academics, diversity of the parent base including which might have a higher proportion of working mums, and the holistic aspect of the education. Tips if any on the transition to Northco...

Re: Nurseries

Highly recommend the bright horizons just off Northcote road- my Little son went there from age 6m-1y but we had to transfer to the one next to Clapham Common as it was closer to the tube and is open until 630pm. I preferred the one near Northcote Road although both are good. I think this one has an...

Thank you so much- we are a working family as well so the better hours at Ecole du Parc plus the holiday camps are definitely a draw! Do you use the camps as well?

Re: Marmalade Cat or École du Parc

Thank you so much for all the detailed very helpful questions. I just realized I had not worded the original email correctly- Marmalade Cat (and most private nurseries in Wandsworth) may become ineligible (not eligible!) for the subsidy of £600 per term. I am not sure if many people know this as oth...

We are a bilingual home and so our preference wou...
