as @btw_mum said, keeping receipts is key. If they both contribute to a house deposit, to renovations etc, she should religiously store receipts of all the payments she has made. I suppose this is some kind of discretionary trust fund, where someone decides when / whether /  how much to give to the beneficiaries, but the beneficiaries are not entitled to 100% of the assets whenever they want? What do you mean when you ask if your daughter would be protected? I'm simplifying ...

Does Wandsworth publish any statistics on the percentiles? E.g. a score of 255 would correspond to (I'm making this up) the 95th percentile, i.e. only the top 5% of pupils achieves this grade?

It really is very, very simple. There are very good reasons to oppose mandatory helmets, like in Australia. That puts people off cycling, makes them think it's more dangerous than it is, and doesn't distinguish between a 10 minute ride in the park vs 2 hours of bombing down country lanes at full spe...
