Wrist watch mugger gang caught and due to be sentenced thankfully

Good news after a spate of attacks in Balham, Chelsea - and Abbeville Road area - not sure it's the same gang but it wouldn't surprise me.

With energy costs being so high, l suspect the main part of the tree trunks were being used or sold as firewood for wood burning stoves or fireplaces. It may be easier to get away with than driving onto the Commons to carry out the same thefts. So, I think this may be more about theft than vandalism...

Our son is still only turning 9 but we've decided to give him £1 per year of his age per month i.e. £9 per month, of which he must save more than half to avoid him spending it all on in-game purchases and sweets. This also helps him get into the saving habit and start to budget for higher value item...

Why don't Royal Parks just put CCTV cameras at all the entrances / exits to Richmond Park or other locations, so there can be number plate recognition or other images which will help catch the culprits?  There's CCTV almost everywhere else today and it's a public space after all.
