Re: Advice on Bolingbroke v Graveney?

Bolingbroke all the way!   I have two children there and it's an outstanding school, no more strict than others.  There's an excellent pastoral system and I also have experience of SEN support for one of my children.  It would be fair to say we've had our ups and downs (which could have happened any...

Re: Lost lunch bag ´p’tit frigo’ on Montholme Rd

Hello, I'm sure I saw something like this near North and South Wines a while ago (I remember as it was school pick up time).  Maybe check in there to see if anyone handed it in.  Hope you find it.

Re: Kitchen companies - views on Blakes, Eclectic, Sola and others?

We had a Roundhouse kitchen installed 8 years ago and it still looks and works as if almost new; the quality is outstanding.  The process at the time was also very easy and enjoyable (we too had Robyn design it for us).  They liaised directly with our builders on all aspects (they were always one st...

Re: Which London schools gave live lessons during lockdown?

Bolingbroke had a full timetable for each year group from Day 1 of lockdown following the normal school day. Clear daily expectations, daily tutor sessions and 2/3 video lessons each day.  It really was exceptional.

Re: Mini cab company recommendations - to take a woman in labour to hospital

Hi there, we use locally based Keens Cars regularly and would recommend.  We also occasionally use Addison Lee (again recommended) - as the earlier poster suggested, I'd call first and explain your situation and I'm sure they will advise.  Hope all goes well.

BARE on Webb's Road. Excellent, been going regularly for years, great service, and very competitively priced. If you opt for gel (shellac) nails, they will remove these free of charge.

Tutoring for Secondary School Pupils

I am looking for a tutor for my child in Year 8 with a variety of their subjects. Also someone (either same provider or different) who can offer a masterclass in methods to help them master the art of revision!

Would very much appreciate any local recommendations.

Many thanks.
