No problem but the carpet and upholstery cleans that he has done for us, were deeper than we had previously. Got out stains that others left, detergents also rinsed away plus carpets no longer felt 'crispy'. If you want really deep steam clean, then truckmounted machine is good, if heat won't damage...

I use an environmentally friendly cleaning company, as my children have allergies and he has numerous green business awards. Very highly recommended and happy to give you his details, by message.

I'd happily recommend someone but he does not do builders cleans, he only specialises in carpets. May not be suitable if they only need a light 'go over' or they're not expensive, as he uses green cleaning methods etc.

When we moved to our house, there were traces of moth issues but no obvious moths! We were recommended to a carpet cleaner that uses a product that biodegrades and deals with problem. I joined after the initial post and saw the sprays and bombs but with children, I never wanted to leave carpet full ...

If it is handmade Morrocan, then I'd always send it to a specialist. I now use Chris at www.Straker.Cleaning  as he is only certified Master Rug Cleaner in the area. Had issues in the past, with carpet cleaner not knowing how to deal with rugs properly, one under cleaned as he was over cautious and ...

We liked to use Gary Bristow, as he owned company and did very good work. Afraid we struggled to find someone with relevant experience since, I don't want anyone who has done the work for a few years or a franchise ( as we had bad results in past, from a slack worker ). Prefer to use a small company...
