Agree with the above… amazing local store owned by great people. They might be slightly more expensive than Amazon because they have rent to pay. But if we were to lose a small business like this due to Amazon, I think we can kiss northcote road goodbye.

Tough to go wrong in Old Town Split. You eat very well there. But I would recommend Bokeria Kitchen.

We have used Series A roofing. They are more or less local. More expensive than others but well worth it.

Adding to the above comment, hearing from non-restaurants, they are generally unhappy with the road closure. They get less footfall in their stores.

I think the arrogance from the SW11 Cycle really set a bad tone to this conversation. I feel ashamed to have such a person in my local area. I would be in favour for cyclist that operate on the road to have a license and a way to to be identified. I am walk around mostly in the area and never had is...

We have both at NP. We couldn't be happier! I would not worry about commute. We live between the commons on the Clapham Common side and manage the commute quite easily. But you are looking at two great schools, so a good position to be in.

Mobile coverage between the commons

Hi, we moved to the area two years ago. I am still amazed that in 2021 in a metropolitan area we have such bad mobile coverage. Is this to be raised to the council? mobile companies? Btw I am on Vodafone which claims to give 4G full bars to this area on their network status checker.

We used Series A when we did our roof. They are not cheap, but they are excellent and you definitely get your money’s worth.
