Do silk pillowcases improve skin?

Does anyone have silk bedding? In particular pillowcases to help with hair and skin maintenance? Not sure if I am just buying the hype? If anyone uses them and likes them I would love a brand recommendation. Thanks.

Landscaper underquoted but halfway through job.

Hoping someone can help here. We are midway through having a garden renovation and the tradesman told us this week that has significantly under quoted. Good place to buy wood for wood burner

Can anyone recommend a good place to buy wood for a wood burning stove. We probably need relatively small pieces of wood, ideally in bags and also kindling. I would prefer to have it delivered if someone knows of a service for this?

I would be terrified to walk into my kitchen and be faced with a fox.

I've noticed that they are so bold now and don't seem to scarper like they used to when they saw humans approaching.

Not for everyone but if you like routine (I do) then try Gina Ford. She sorted the early sleeping pattern for us. You do have to give yourself up to it for a few weeks and it does seem very strict at first glance but it worked for us. Good luck!

Alderbrook and Ravenstone

Could anyone give me some insight to either of these schools. We live on Ramsden Road and not sure which would be better for us, and to be honest if we are likely to get into either? Any information or experience would be invaluable.
