For Sale: VW Up - Only 2 years old and 11,000 miles!

Hello Selling my Black VW Up - only 2 years old, one owner (me!), 11,000 miles. Great car - especially for the city. Lowest insurance group, so cheap to run - and great for new drivers (and teenagers!). Road tax was £20 for the year (!). Amazing Miles Per Gallon (think it's 59 miles). Air Conditioni...

Re: Where to have Mirena coil removed?

I second the practise on Bedford Hill.
And it's been a Godsend for me due to hideous (really hideous, unbearable, can't go about daily life or leave the house.. ) periods post kids.
That's what they recommend it for, I believe.

Re: Isle of Wight - recommendation4 accommodation and night

Check out vintage vacations. Gorgeous and reasonable.
I've stayed in all of their properties.
The airstreams would be great for a hen do and I know they would help you organise if you get in touch. The mission is amazing but think you need room from what you say.

Re: Any experience of Base flooring and carpets?

I've used them twice - for gorgeous lush carpets and some vinyl for a bathroom, and more recently for cheap as chips carpet and vinyl (to make a house we've bought that's a wreck more liveable while we work out what to do with it). I think they're great, and their fitting is great too. Be honest abo...

Re: Latest Ravenestone Ofstead Report

Hello I have 2 children, both of which have been at Ravenstone (one still there). I don't regret my decision at all (I took the eldest out of private locally really early on as I didn't like what I saw and he moved to Ravenstone). It's a wonderful, happy, secure, well rounded school, with a wonderfu...

Hello, just to say he came round (within 20 minutes!) sorted the problem, knew what he was talking about and didn't charge the earth.
Feel safe again now... thanks again for the recommendation!
(and enjoyed my nappyvalley discount - thank you too!)

Electrician needed - kind of urgent!

Hello, does anyone know a really good (and not really expensive!) electrician? We've just moved into our new home recently, and having gone round and replaced lighbulbs, and hooking up a TV, toaster etc, has resulted in some scary bangs when you turn on certain light bulbs and the socket things goin...

Re: Isle of Wight holiday?

Hello The Isle of Wight is great... we've stayed in pretty much all of Vintage Vacation's properties, and they are all gorgeous (and different). We all loved the Airstreams if you're looking for something different, but all the places to stay are really great, and great for kids. The Isle of Wight i...
