Starting a blog about good food

It is always good to enrol some activities. I have loads of mums, and really, really, really nice people on my Pilates classes. something like that is always great for community feel. Yoga, pilates..anything like that where people are usually the most natural..

If you are willing to travel just a bit more, there is a Pilates class in Earlsfield where you can bring your baby.
It is in Prophysiotherapy clinic..very nice setting and lovely people.

We were very happy with St Pauls Cottage surgery in Augustus road.. After my husband was misdiagnosed for over a year by a GP in Kingston and almost died of cancer, being fed by antibiotics.. change of approach in Augustus Rd was refreshment. I am talking past tense as we moved again and unfortunate...

Bottega Italian in Kingston Road

Has anyone been there? I just discovered it! What a fantastic, mouthwatering place.
There is a tap that you can see in the kitchen at the back with chocolate running from it. It is like Wonka's place..seriously!
All the Italian food AND COOKIES, all hand made..

Yoga is a great workout for body and mind and as a Pilates instructor, I find it excellent addition to my life as it improves balance in life overall.

And after 21 days?
How effective it is considering weight we lose rapidly tends to go back fast and more if we stop with the regime.
I do believe it is possible to do that weight loss only if you have that weight to lose to begin with but it is not a healthy way to expose the body to such a shock.
