Group Italian Lessons

I'm looking for some group local Italian lessons for a beginner. I'd much prefer a group environment as then I'm much less likely to give up and it does make it more interesting. I also really want lessons during the day when the kids are at school. Does anyone know of any beginner group Italian les...

Re: Cours particuliers/ French lessons in Clapham Junction

Lisa

I'm interested in French lessons. Would you be able to come to our house (half way between balham and tooting bec) on Monday evenings at 8pm?

How much would you charge for an hour?

Thanks

Annie

Re: Get your hair done in the comfort of your own home

Kelly's been doing my hair for years. I always have highlights and a wash and cut and it looks a million times better when she's done it. My cut has changed slightly over the years and Kelly's great at listening to what I want. Kelly's very easy to talk to and is also very professional at the same t...

Anyone want a dog just for half term?

We are going away for 11 days over half term (from 16th February). Normally our dog goes to friends but they are also away this time. Does anyone have any ideas for dog boarding or is there a family out there who would like some money to look after a little working cocker spaniel over half term?

VTech Power XTra laptop

I suggested to my mother-in-law that she bought my daughter an Innotab or Leapfrog Leappad for Christmas. She has suggested that she gets a VTech Power XTra laptop which is supposed to be for 6-8 year olds. My daughter has just started reception. It sounds a bit amitious to me. Has anyone bought a V...

Re: Nurseries - Clapham South

my daughter went to nightingales day nursery for 2.5 years and loved it. It is like a family as it is so small. With such small numbers they learn very fast too. I couldn't recommend it more.

micro scooters - next level up

My daughter is very happy on her 3 wheeler micro scooter but for her 4th birthday, I'm thinking of upgrading her to a 2 wheeler. Is it really more fun or should we just stick with the 3 wheeler?
Thanks

Re: Finding a place to live

I live in Tooting Bec and I love it. Our house insurance actually decreased when we moved from Clapham to Tooting Bec so I think you may have just been unlucky.

If you are the south side of Balham, Locale (used to be Ferraris) does a good children's menu.
