Re: Nursery for 18m+ kids close to Belleville Primary School

Hi reps, Don't worry. My youngest boy was the same.... all kids are different and some kids just need more time to get used to a new environment. Bufferfly is such a friendly nursery and my very shy boy can't wait to get in now! And yes, they have a small garden but they go to the common often for f...

Re: Nursery for 18m+ kids close to Belleville Primary School

I can highly recommend Butterfly preschool, which used to be Baby Drop. They are on Kelmscott + Webbs road, which is very convenient for Belleville parents and have an option for Mornings only, 9am-3.30pm or 9am-6pm. Lots of Belleville nursery kids do their mornings or afternoons to fill up the gap....

Help! Have you seen my son's book bag?

My son lost his book bag (navy blue with white butterfly in the centre) yesterday around 3.40pm near Honeywell School. It has his two favourite story books about cat and he is very sad now... His bag and the books have his name on them.
Has anyone seen this?

Re: 11+ Tutor personal recommendation

We had a very good tutor for 7+ through TutorMapper.
I am not sure if she does 11+ but I will send you her details if you are interested? She lives in Ealing though and you will have to pay for her transportation which is 6.4 pounds per session.

Re: Tutor/homework help needed for two Y2 kids

If you didn't have any luck finding your tutor yet, try www.tutormapper.com. They have some very good local tutors listed. They are a similar website to tutorfair.com but their tutors are all interviewed, DBS checked and agency registered, which is important. I booked Tutorfair once and the tutor ca...

Re: Meningitis B vaccine locally?

I also had my 3 kids vaccinated at Wimbledon park travel clinic. They were the cheapest and very nice people. I think I paid 130 per dose and our kids needed two each. It was just a few months ago we did it and I am surprised now there are 200 people waiting at this clinic!
