Recommendations for a nice restaurant near Bodmin, Cornwall?

Hi all, We're off to Bodmin, Cornwall next month, and would like to go out for dinner one night without the kids. Last year we went to Jamie Oliver's restaurant in Watergate Bay, and Rick Stein's seafood restaurant in Padstow. Has anyone got any recommendations for somewhere else to try, that's like...

Re: looking for mummy friends in Sw11

Hi, A friend of mine has just launched MatchUpMums, which puts you in touch with like-minded, local mum friends. It's a fantastic idea! Her website is: www.matchupmums.com I'd also suggest joining some local playgroups-there is one on Kyrle Rd, in Broomwood Methodist Church Hall... It's on Wednesday...

The business has been set up by a friend of mine, who is a Nappy Valley mum herself. Even if she wasn...

Re: EMILY HUNT CAKES- Childrens Birthday Cakes

Just to recommend Emily-she has made two cakes for me now-a fabulous and quite complicated leaving cake, and a fantastic 'Frozen' cake for my daughter. Both looked and tasted amazing!

Re: Earlsfield schools

I have friends with children at Earlsfield Primary, and they are very happy with it. The catchment area is now tiny though. Beatrix Potter is also meant to be great, they have a slightly different admissions criteria (priority areas). In terms of Private schools, the closest I would guess is Wandswo...

Re: Fathers Day Gift Ideas

I would go to Sammy Duder on Webbs Rd, and get the kids to do their fingerprints on silver cufflinks or a key ring, and/or a plate/mug etc painted by them. It is lovely there, really friendly staff and reasonable prices. We got my husband a key ring with our daughter's fingerprint and name on it the...

Does anyone want to swap mini micro scooters?!

I have a pink mini micro scooter that my daughter has grown out of. Before I pass it down to my 18 month old boy, does anyone want to swap my pink one for a blue/orange/green/yellow (ie not pink!) one? I don't actually mind him having pink in the slightest, but just thought someone may want to swap....
