Phil and Ted's Double Buggy

Hi all, We are looking to see our Phil and Ted's double buggy and my eldest is a good walker now and we don't need it to pound the mean streets of tooting any more. ;) I bought it second-hand just about 1 1/2 years ago, and the price reflects this. It's still in reasonably good condition, although t...

Re: Apple Pie Bakery - new to Wandsworth

Yes! I can do pecan pie! It can be a straight-forward, old-fashioned pecan pie, or if you want to jazz it up with chocolate and/or bourbon, I can do that too! Do get in touch if you feel you need one. :)

Thank you so much for the inquiries so far, and to the people who have ordered cakes! If there's anyone else out there who needs a special treat baked locally with the best ingredients, please send me a message.

Apple Pie Bakery - new to Wandsworth

Apple Pie Bakery.pdf Hi Nappy Valley, Not to tread on the recent cupcake maker's toes (which look amazing, by the way! The cupcakes, that is, not her toes...) I would also like to let you know about my new business making American-style cakes, pies, brownies, muffins, and more! I know it's January,...

Re: Waitrose or M and S party food?

Hi there! I have recently started a business specialising in catering for tea parties, and would be happy to help with your event. Hi there,
I would also be up for it. I live in the Furzedown area, so anything happening around Tooting Bec would be fab.

Re: My husband just got me a "Secret Envelope" for Valentines!

Sorry, not sure if I'm allowed to say this, but the original post reads suspiciously like an advert by someone who works for the company.

Not entirely convinced by the idea, either...

Re: Nurseries - how much?

Thanks again for the replies. I am, unfortunately, limited in scope as we don't have a car, so need the nursery to be no more than 30 minutes walk from our house. On a separate but related note, one nursery I went to see had all of the 'big kids' (i.e. not the babies/under 1's) in one big room, divi...

Re: Nurseries - how much?

Thanks for the responses. I want to send her to nursery for a day or two a week, partly so I can do some work from home (which is flexible, so my hours can be adapted) and partly so she gets some socialisation. I like the idea of one or two fulls days, so I can get a good chunk of work done, rather ...

Nurseries - how much?

Hi everyone, I am looking into sending my 16 month-old to nursery for a day or two a week, and have contacted two in my area, but am amazed at how much they cost! I was wondering if anyone would care to share how much they pay for theirs, so I can figure out if it's a reasonable amount to be paying....
