Nasty crash Balham High Road

Looks like a very nasty crash on Balham High Road between a motorbike and a car.

I have no idea if any casualties but the police were taking the investigation seriously which doesn't bode well.

Fingers crossed everyone is OK.

Re: husband unemployed needs work space

Hi Sorry to hear that, it's a horribly stressful time. I don't know of anywhere where you are but there is a new place in Balham called the Treehouse http://www.treehousesw12.com/ but I think it's more serviced offices than workspace. Two other things come to mind. Firstly, I do a lot of working in ...

Hi
It's a tough one.

Re: Set up temporary wireless network

So question is what is the easiest way to set up a short term (2 week) wireless network. What is "tethering my mobile"? (Can you tell I am middle aged?) I had a little Huawei modem from my sister in law one year but that was under a 3 contract she had that has now ended. I can drive half an hour to...

Re: Can anyone recommend a good bricklayer please?

Is it a bricklayer you need or someone to do pointing?

The reason I ask if my understanding is they're not the same and a good handyman can do pointing but laying bricks is obviously much more work.

Re: Bi-Folding Door Company Recommendation Needed

Depends what material you're looking for. Ayrton and Cedar bifold are the two we looked at for wooden doors. We didn't look at metal ones so can't help you there. I was really sceptical about getting them, I thought it would be a waste of space but its one of those things I absolutely adore now we h...

Re: Concrete base for bike shed

Is there a spec for it?

As in a certain design?

There are some great handymen that I've used that I'd recommend but I'm wondering how precise the base has to be?

Let me know and I'll have a think.
