my daughter was made redundant while on maternity leave.she was a nanny to a family who both worked for goldman sacks bank and didnt give a damn she was on contract. they didnt want to pay up.she did give her a months money but should have been 8 months.didnt want to take it further due to there jo...

we did it, thoroughly recommend doing it.

one thing, we moved out (as we were doing a lot of other work) cannot begin to imagine living there during.

just move out for a while

Good luck, sounds an interesting proposal

Though as an aside, the biggest issue I have on the management of my properties is the quality of service, more than the cost. I.e. getting them to do what I pay them for, not cutting the cost to what they do(n't) :)

not sure of the budget etc. but a couple of places worth trying: Allard: lovely pre-war type classic bistro, with big zinc bar, waiters in white jackets, and perfect roast chicken. Fontaine de Mars: another classic bistro, where the Obama's were first taken upon election. just make sure you sit down...
