there are new CCTV cameras on the Bedford Hill/ Balham High Road junction and further down the road - not sure what they are for

deposits are payable now

but the state school places are offered in April so there will be movement then

we wanted NL and got offered GR - didn't know any better so just accepted it
this wasn't for a summer born child

same happened to a friend - she said sorry GR is no good for me - they relented and gave her NL

I think they just try it on as GR is less popular

Don't know what the lists were like last year

However the year before the list moved a lot - over 35 places from Oct to school starting

We have been using them for 5 years and can usually get the same sitters

Works out about £10 an hour with the agency fees but most local nannies want £8-10 plus a lift/taxi home

The group that plays by the Bolingbroke/Nightingale side is Broomwood FC
It's 10.30 - 12 every Saturday until May

It's £30 subs for the year, it's run by parents and you have to stay with your kids who play in their school year groups
To register etc just head for the gazebo
