Re: Advice needed - feeling vulnerable

If you're looking for legal advice then look for a family solicitor who offers a free initial consultation. It's been a while since I divorced but IIRC, all assets are deemed joint, regardless of whose name is on deeds/mortgages. The courts then start from a 50:50 division and work back according to...

Re: Victorian terrace kitchen extension recommendations need

Try Bashtan for builders - bashtan.co.uk and Architectural Services Group - architecturalservicesgroup.com for architect/planning advice. They're not related companies. Good luck!

Yet another builder request

Hello, Can anyone recommend a builder for side return/loft/general refurb in SW6? I've seen some recommendations on here but none that are recent. I don't necessarily mind if it's a firm that sub-contracts out, provided they have good teams. I have basic plans already drawn up and can project manage...

Re: I need a dermatologist recommendation please

Or try Cosmetica London in Hildreth Street, SW12. Mica is a qualified doctor who does botox, fillers, zaps veins, removes skin tags etc. She's highly skilled and respected and has various industry endorsements (i.e. Tatler and Harpers). They may have an offer on for NV users.

Re: Drawings for Planning App - SW6

Thanks so much, Clare74, I'll get in touch with them now. There are so many architects around it's hard to know where to start, especially when I don't need (don't have budget for) full service. Thanks again.

Drawings for Planning App - SW6

Hello,

Can anyone recommend an architectural technician to provide basic drawings for a loft, side return and pod in SW6? I don't need builders/project management or design solutions, just the shell drawn out to get through planning.
With thanks.

Re: Side return extension companies

Try Bashtan - http://www.bashtan.co.uk/
They did a job for me and were great. I've used a number of builders before and this company was by far the most honest, reliable and quality of work was very high. I missed them when they left.

Re: Local Botox recommendations

I recommend Mica, too. She was with a very high-end (expensive) clinic on Harley Street and is excellent. Cosmetica London, Hildreth Street. People travel from central London to see her now.

Re: Side return & and loft conversion recommendations

I've posted on another thread about these builders: http://www.bashtan.co.uk/ I don't work for them but out of a few builders I've used, these were by far the best - really good attention to detail, reliable, honest and easy to deal with. It might be worth getting them around for a quote and they ca...

Re: Renovating 2 flats into a house in Wandsworth

Hi, I did similar in Fulham and found the most costly part was sorting out the leases and re-routing the utilities. I wouldn't recommend the builders I used for that job but have since found others: http://www.bashtan.co.uk/ I don't know if they've combined two flats before but they've done huge job...
