Tutti bambini Louisa dropside cot COLLECT ONLY

New in summer 2014, a Tutti Bambini Louisa dropside cot in antique colour - still in perfect condition. The dropside function on this one is one-handed (very slight lift and push) so very easy. In reality we haven't really used it as the cot side is not very high. Adjustable height of bed base. Matt...

Re: 1 year old not crawling etc

I just wanted to thank (again) everyone who posted encouraging replies etc, and give you a short update (for anyone else in the same boat). We did manage to get a referral for occupational therapy - thus giving me a giggle. I thought OT was to train office workers to lift boxes, but was told "t...

Help on Wednesday mornings?

This might be a role that would suit an au pair/nanny with kids at school or time on their hands. I was "borrowing" someone else's lovely au pair until last week, but sadly she has gone home. I just need some help 11-1.30 on Wednesdays in term time (9-1 on Wednesdays in the holidays if you...

Graco Stadium Double buggy for sale

We hardly used this Graco Stadium Duo Oxford buggy (one behind the other) as No.1 soon preferred walking! Huge advantage: it genuinely folds flat with one hand and stands up (we have a tiny hallway). It has a massive shopping basket underneath, and the rear seat is suitable from birth as it reclines...

Joining Parkgate nursery in September?

My son's starting at Parkgate nursery in September and I would love to meet some of the other new joiners. (We had to miss the teddy bears' picnic unfortunately.) If you have a child joining too, and are around over the summer, perhaps we could meet up?

Re: 1 year old not crawling etc

Gosh you are all so kind. Thank you so much for the reassurance. I definitely think she will talk before she moves, so maybe that is her thing!

Re: 1 year old not crawling etc

Thank you both! Good to know other babies are just as lazy/laid-back! I think I will talk to HV if no change soon, just for reassurance. In a few weeks I will probably be chasing both kids round the house, longing for the day when one of them stayed still...

1 year old not crawling etc

My younger child isn't weight bearing, crawling or self feeding (literally will not hold bottle or put anything near mouth except thumb when teething) at the age of 1. But otherwise v happy baby who eats, plays, babbles etc in the usual way. Am not seriously worried, as there's nothing physically wr...

Parkgate nursery uniform wanted

My son is starting at Parkgate nursery in September. If anyone has any uniform (for Nursery 1 or 2) they would like to sell, I'd be really grateful. He'll be just 3.
Thanks so much.

Childcare needed on weds mornings

Can anyone help please? I need some childcare for my 2 year old on weds mornings just for 2-3 hours while I take my baby to monkey music - say 9 until just before 11 (or until 12 if they don't mind entertaining the baby while I take the toddler to his class). I hoped there might be an au pair or nan...
