Legal advice or how to deal with incompetent roofing work

We have used Dr Nilesh Morar who then recommended we saw Prof Gideon Lack who deals with paediatric allergies. Our son's eczema started at about 6 weeks and has been attributed to a variety of food allergies. Dr Morar was quite good (I wasn't a fan of his patient manner but he is very well regarded)...
