I had physiotherapy sessions with Jacqui Arhcer at Balance Physiotheraphy in Clapham for sciatica and she gave me a range of pilates-type exercises to do daily. I'd highly recommend her.

Best of luck - the pain is dreadful.

Adult swimming for fitness

Wondered if there are any swimming clubs that do evening or weekend swimming sets for adult fitness? Leander used to do a masters session but I believe they don't any more?

Travel free on National rail for kids aged 5-10

Just incase you hadn't heard, travel on National Rail is now free for 5-10 year olds (although they need a zip oyster card).
