Hello, two places for you... The Pak cloth house and the Wimbledon sewing machine centre, both found between Balham and Tootin Bec stations. I have used them both.
I would recommend visiting the playground near Trinity Cresent in Tooting with the spiral slide. I know at least 2 French mothers that use that play ground.
