Anyone need accommodation for visiting relatives this Christmas (particularly those with kids)?

Has anyone used Under the doormat or Veeve for renting out their home when on holiday?

How did you find the quality of service? Did it give you greater peace of mind than using Airbnb? Did you feel the fees were reasonable? Perhaps you called them in for a quote but didn’t sign up..?
